We will work together to meet your needs. You’re empowered to take action in a way that works for you. I support you as we sort through all the, often conflicting, information.
I listen to your story and help you process things as you talk through them. Then, we collaborate and formulate an action plan that is do-able for you.
We identify your strengths, and match them with the tools that are the best fit for you, so you can optimize your health. I love forming long-term relationships and will be available if life circumstances and needs change.
I work with clients of all ages and cycles of life, including pre-conception and pregnancy, supporting and establishing healthy habits as children and adolescents grow and develop, to nutritional needs as we age.
The most important thing is that you’re ready to see what changes nutrition can make in your life.
PCOS
food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances
plant-based nutrition
heart health, high cholesterol, and hypertension
kidney disease
anxiety and depression
food and body relationship
GI disorders
I am especially passionate about working with families to create better habits as the home environment and support system have a huge impact on success. I do not focus on weight loss specifically, but instead look to other measures of progress, such as increased energy, laboratory improvements, and a more peaceful relationship with food and your body.
I am contracted with BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Humana and Medicare (note that Medicare only covers for diabetes and kidney disease diagnoses). Typically nutritional counseling is a paid service when provided by a licensed/credentialed practitioner. My office will provide you with insurance verification instructions to help determine coverage prior to scheduling your first session.
